1. Platform Limitation of Liability

TowerBento provides real estate advertising and software infrastructure. We do not act as a broker, agent, or representative in any real estate transaction. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising between buyers, sellers, or agents.

2. Real Estate Licensing Safe Harbor

All property listings are managed by independent real estate professionals who are solely responsible for ensuring they are duly licensed by their respective State Real Estate Licensing Commission or Board.

3. Agent Warranty of Listing Ownership

By posting a listing on TowerBento, you warrant that you have the legal right, authorization, and valid representation agreement with the property owner or developer to market the property.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal laws. Any disputes arising from the use of TowerBento shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States.
