Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new SaaS subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time during this period without being charged.

2. Monthly Billing via Stripe

Once the free trial expires, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Billing is processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Stripe.

3. Non-Refundable Active Slots

Due to the nature of digital listing slots and infrastructure allocations, all payments made after the free trial period are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Disputes

Any billing disputes must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the charge. Chargebacks or disputes filed maliciously may result in immediate suspension of your TowerBento account.
